Dermaceutic Cosmo Peel 20%

This peel by Dermceutic is safe for all skin types and is the #1 peel in France due to its versatility and effectiveness. One unique feature of the TCA solution is that it is buffered which allows for different strengths of the peel to be administered. It is intended for the treatment of melasma, hyperpigmentation, sun damage, fine lines, and keratosis pilaris. This superficial chemical peel helps to improve these conditions by exfoliating the skin to boost collagen and elastin production which diminishes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, as well as other signs of premature aging. It is also ideal for improving skin texture and evening skin tone, leaving you with a glowing complexion with minimal social downtime. You can resume normal activities right after leaving the office– as long as you keep your skin protected from the sun!
  • 81% of patients showed a significant improvement in wrinkles around the eyes
  • 88% of patients have less signs of aging
  • 86% of patients showed a significant and continuous improvement in the darkness of spots

"Baby P" Phenol Peel

A phenol peel is the most aggressive chemical peel available. Phenol (also known as carbolic acid) exfoliates so deeply that it removes the top layer of skin, eradicating damaged skin cells and promoting collagen production, to reveal a smooth, younger-looking layer of skin. This version is a “Baby” version, as compared to the full on Phenol peel that should only be done under the supervision of an experienced Plastic Surgeon which also has at least 2 weeks of social downtime. This deep chemical peel can be highly effective at treating signs of severe sun damage, including wrinkles, sunspots, and discoloration (hyperpigmentation), as well as acne scars and precancerous growths.

Because of the strength of this deep chemical peel, it should be administered solely to your face; the skin on your neck skin is too delicate. It also requires anesthetic cream to numb your face. Recovery is approximately 1 week with continuous redness and possibly hyperpigmentation that may need to be treated.

The results can be dramatic and long-lasting continuing to improve over 12 months after getting the peel. This is a peel frequently done on the lower eyelids with wonderful results. Not everyone is a candidate for the “Baby P” and there is a commitment to skin care in both preparation and post treatment. But it is oh so worth it!

PRX-T33

PRX-T33 is a non-peeling peel composed of 33% TCA mixed with hydrogen peroxide that was originally developed as a treatment for children with scars. In an aesthetic setting, it is revolutionary for correcting facelift scars, stretch marks, and sagging skin. This biorevitalization peel is perfect for treating laxity, melasma, active acne, acne scars, dull skin, dilated pores, lines, and wrinkles. This painless treatment is suitable for all skin types and instantly leaves skin radiant, firm, and hydrated. Another benefit of this peel is that it has no downtime, without bruising or redness, allowing you to get back to daily activities right after you leave the office (with sun protection!), even in the summer months.
