Physician Assistant, Registered Nurse
Sarah is an NCCPA nationally board-certified and state licensed Physician Assistant and Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience in the medical field and 14 years of aesthetic injecting. After earning her B.S. in Social Work and from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and her Nursing degree from Sister’s School of Nursing in Buffalo, N.Y., she went on to complete the Physician Assistant Program at D’Youville College, also in Buffalo, N.Y.
Sarah is a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM) and the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists (SPSSCS). She is extensively trained in a wide variety of ablative and non-ablative aesthetic procedures such as IPL (light based) and FRAX. Sarah additionally has over 6 years of experience practicing sclerotherapy. She currently works as a clinical trainer for Cartessa, training practices throughout the country on devices that she loves, including VirtueRF, Tetra CO₂, Coolpeel®, Subnovii, and the Chrome Lase-Station.
She is incredibly passionate about the rights of aesthetic medical providers and serves as treasurer and an active member of AMPNH (Aesthetic Medical Providers of New Hampshire), a non-profit advocacy group to support aesthetic practitioners throughout the state.
Sarah is an Advanced Injector Certified in several Master Classes with a vast experience using neuromodulators such as Botox®, Dysport®, and Xeomin® as well as injectable fillers and biostimulators including Juvederm®, Restalyne®, Versa®, Bellafill®, and Sculptra® Aesthetic.
Sarah uses advanced dermal filler injection techniques, which reduce pain, swelling, and bruising. She is committed to patient comfort, satisfaction, and produces exceptionally beautiful and natural results.

Our services
Botox®, Dysport®, and Xeomin®
Botox® , Dysport®, and Xeomin® are all made from purified forms of botulinum toxin. They block nerve signals that contract muscles. When they’re injected into muscles, the muscles relax, which eliminates or significantly diminishes wrinkles.
Botox® and Dysport® (onabotulinumtoxinA) target one of the underlying causes of frown lines and crow’s feet—the repeated muscle contractions from frowning and squinting over the years. Botox® and Dysport® temporarily reduce this muscle activity so you’ll begin to notice a visible smoothing of these lines.
Juvéderm®, Restylane®, Versa®, Bellafill® & Sculptra®
Juvéderm®, Restylane®, and Revanesse® fillers all contain hyaluronic acid (HA) mixed in a smooth gel with lidocaine. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring molecule in the body, but we unfortunately produce less of it as we age. In skin cells, HA attracts and holds onto moisture which allows skin to feel plump and hydrated. This helps skin to stretch, flex, and reduces wrinkles. In other parts of the body HA is responsible for lubricating joints and has even been found to increase wound healing!

Sclerotherapy
Sclerotherapy is done in the office without anesthesia. The area to be treated will be cleansed with alcohol.
A liquid solution is slowly injected into the vein using a very small needle. These chemicals irritate the vessel wall/lining causing an inflammation and then internal scarring.
Once the needle is withdrawn, your provider will apply a cotton compression dressing to the area. The number of injections depends on the number of veins that need to be treated.
Compression stockings are applied immediately after completion of treatment. Compression helps blood from being trapped in the problem vein(s), and keeps the vein walls collapsed so that scarring can take place.
